NEM Zagreb predstavlja industrijsko događanje koje naglasak stavlja na TV serije iz Srednje i Istočne Europe, a koje će se ove godine održati treći put, i to od 6. do 8. prosinca u zagrebačkom hotelu Esplanade. Glavni su ciljevi događanja educirati, povezati i promovirati stručnjake, tvrtke i projekte Srednje i Istočne Europe, pri čemu NEM Zagreb otvara mogućnosti za nove projekte, poslove i koprodukcije između zemalja Srednje i Istočne Europe te koprodukcije između zemalja niskog i visokog produkcijskog kapaciteta.
Osim projekcija, izlaganja i prezentacija, panel-rasprava, umrežavanja i radionica, NEM Zagreb organizira natjecanje za TV scenarije u četiri kategorije NEM Contest, a ove će se godine prvi put održati i NEM Awards - novi natječaj za najbolju dramsku TV seriju s područja Srednje i Istočne Europe.

U sklopu ovogodišnjeg izdanja NEM Zagreb događanja Martina Petrović, voditeljica DKE – Ureda MEDIA Hrvatske, moderirat će panel-diskusiju pod nazivom „TV serije i Kreativna Europa MEDIA: naše uspješne priče!“ koja će se održati 7. prosinca o.g. s početkom u 15 sati.
Kreativna Europa MEDIA jedini je EU fond posvećen razvoju europske AV industrije, a uz zemlje članice Europske unije, u punom obimu sudjeluju i zemlje iz regije. Ukupan broj od 38 zemalja članica tako podrazumijeva veliku konkurenciju, a ujedno i važnost kvalitete filmskih projekata i TV serija. U kontekstu prepreka i poteškoća s kojima se susreću prijavitelji iz zemalja niskog produkcijskog kapaciteta, fokus panel-diskusije bit će na izazovima koje nameću MEDIA pozivi za zemlje koje dijele „mali“ jezik, ograničen teritorij i uvjete nepovoljne produkcije. Kroz uspješne primjere projekata „Vuna“ i „Područje bez signala“, panel će se baviti razvojem i produkcijom TV serija u kontekstu Potprograma MEDIA Programa Kreativne Europe te važnosti sudjelovanja TV kuća iz regije, posebice kroz poziv „TV & Online sadržaj“.
Osim Martine Petrović, koja će sudjelovati u ulozi moderatorice, na panel-diskusiji sudjelovat će i sljedeći govornici: Ankica Jurić Tilić (producentica / Kinorama), Jónas Margeir Ingólfsson (scenarist, producent i odvjetnik / ACT4) te Milena Džambasović (producentica / Film Road Production).
Posebno smo sretni što se NEM Zagreb u sklopu poziva sajmovi i umrežavanje 2022. godine prvi put našao na popisu projekata koje je podržao Potprogram MEDIA, a koji su fokusirani na umrežavanje filmskih profesionalaca, što ga ujedno čini i jedinim podržanim hrvatskim projektom u navedenoj kategoriji.
NEM Zagreb is an industry event that focuses on TV series from Central and Eastern Europe, which will be held for the third time this year, from December 6 to 8 at the Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb. The main goals of the event are to educate, connect and promote professionals, companies, and projects from the CEE. NEM Zagreb is creating opportunities for new projects, jobs and co-productions between CEE countries and co-production between low and high-production capacity countries.
In addition to content showcase, panel discussions, presentations, networking, and workshops, NEM Zagreb is organising the ‘NEM Contest’ competition for TV scripts in four categories, and this year, for the first time, the "NEM Awards" - a new competition for the best drama TV series from Central and Eastern Europe.

As part of this year's edition of NEM Zagreb, Martina Petrović, Head of CED - MEDIA Office Croatia, will moderate a panel discussion titled ‘TV series and Creative Europe MEDIA: our success stories!’, which will be held on December 7, starting at 3 PM.
The Creative Europe MEDIA is the only EU fund dedicated to the development of the European AV industry. In addition to the member states of the European Union, countries from the region also participate fully. The total number of 38 member countries implies great competition between member countries, and at the same time the importance of the quality of film projects and TV series. In the context of the obstacles and difficulties faced by applicants from countries with low production capacity, the focus of the panel- discussion will be on the challenges imposed by the MEDIA calls for countries that share a "small" language, limited territory and unfavorable production conditions. Through the successful examples of 'Wool' and 'The Last Socialist Artefact', we will tackle the development and production of TV series in the CE MEDIA context and the importance of the participation of TV companies from the region, especially through the 'TV & Online' call.
In addition to Martina Petrović, who will moderate the panel discussion, the following speakers will participate: Ankica Jurić Tilić (producer / Kinorama), Jónas Margeir Ingólfsson (screenwriter, producer and lawyer / ACT4) and Milena Džambasović (producer / Film Road Production).
We are happy to mention that in 2022., NEM Zagreb was on the list of projects supported by the MEDIA Sub-programme for the fist time, within the Markets and Networking call, focusing on networking film professionals. This is also the only Croatian project supported in the aforementioned category!
