Radionica The Art of Negotiating Agreements for Film and TV / Umijeće pregovaranja o ugovorima za film i TV, u organizaciji Erich Pommer Instituta, ima za cilj omogućiti filmskim i TV producentima da sporazumima pristupe poput dobrog scenarija – sa strašću i uz duboko razumijevanje njegovih struktura i mehanizama.
Dobri dogovori ključni su za uspjeh svake produkcije. Stoga će sudionici radionice zaroniti u psihološku dinamiku koja je sastavni dio svakih pregovora te će tako steći znanje o tome kako na najbolji način zaštititi svoje interese. U sklopu interaktivnih i praktičnih vježbi tijekom radionice imat će priliku primijeniti i testirati novonaučene metode i tehnike izravno s drugim stručnjacima.
Međunarodno priznati stručnjaci Wendy Bernfeld i prof. dr. Ulrich Michel rasvijetlit će tajne industrije pružajući ekskluzivan uvid u njezino unutarnje funkcioniranje. Osim toga, pružit će sudionicima sveobuhvatan pregled VOD platformi i drugih potencijalnih poslovnih partnera te ih opskrbiti praktičnim savjetima za uspješno postavljanje i ulazak u pregovore uz samopouzdanje i samouvjereno razmišljanje.
Tijekom radionice polaznici će steći dublje razumijevanje kompleksnog svijeta komunikacije, ali i dobiti detaljan pregled najrelevantnijih pregovaračkih partnera na filmu i TV-u te razumijevanje njihovih interesa. Osim toga, program će im omogućiti obuku iz pregovaranja i tehnika rješavanja sukoba kroz niz praktičnih vježbi, kao i interaktivne sesije i razne mogućnosti umrežavanja s europskim stručnjacima.
Radionica će se održati od 14. do 16. studenoga 2024. u Berlinu (Njemačka).
Kotizacija za sudjelovanje na radionici iznosi 690 eura, no polaznici iz Hrvatske mogu se prijaviti za stipendiju Erich Pommer Instituta.

The Art of Negotiating Agreements for Film and TV workshop, organized by the Erich Pommer Institut, aims at enabling film and TV producers to handle an agreement like a good script: with passion and a deep understanding of its structures and mechanisms.
Good agreements are essential for the success of any production. Thus, participants will dive deep into the psychological dynamics involved in any negotiation and gain knowledge on how to protect their interests in the best way. In interactive and practical exercises during the workshop, they will have the chance to apply and test the newly learned methods and techniques with other professionals directly.
Internationally renowned experts, Wendy Bernfeld and Prof. Dr. Ulrich Michel, will also shed light on the secrets of the industry by giving exclusive insights into its inner workings. They will provide a comprehensive overview of VOD-platforms and other potential business partners and equip participants with hands-on tips on setting themselves up for success and entering negotiations with confidence and a strong mindset.
During the workshop, the participants will gain a deep understanding of the complex world of communication and receive a detailed overview of most relevant negotiation partners in film and TV and understanding their interests. In addition, the programme will provide them with negotiation training and conflict resolution techniques in a variety of practical exercises, as well as interactive sessions and various networking opportunities with European professionals.
The workshop will take place from November 14-16, 2024, in Berlin, Germany.
The participation for the workshop is 690 euros, but applicants from Croatia can apply for a scholarship from the Erich Pommer Institute.
